La Gorguette

A wonderful setting and incredible service, both &lsquo;on script&rsquo; in terms of attentiveness, timing and descriptions of each dish, but also &lsquo;off script&rsquo;, when asked about ingredient origins. The only minor quibble was the chef&rsquo;s enthusiasm for extraneous acidity (citrus, vinegar, blackberry) instead of integrated acidity within each dish, but it&rsquo;s just a little criticism against a wonderful experience.

The seabass cooked in a salt crust was exquisite! Food was generally of  high quality. Very friendly, attentive service. Finished with generous portions of dessert. Will definitely visit again!

This restaurant was very intimate and nice. We are American and we really enjoyed all the food - the steak was slightly over cooked (but it may have been miscommunication in translation). We had the steaks and some desserts and everything was delicious and the service was great. You do need your passport to enter the restaurant from the casino.

This was my first time at this little restaurant for lunch. It is on a pedestrian plaza away from cars but very close to a large parking. We had the cote to boeuf. It was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. The service was very good, with white table cloth.
